Our seven mushroom instant coffee blend is vegan, dairy free, and gluten free. Suggested amount is one tablespoon per 8oz of hot water, stir and enjoy or add more to taste or add your own creamer or sweetener if desired. This is INSTANT coffee, not to be brewed in a coffee maker. All ingredients are USDA certified organic.
