We only send emails once or twice a month and only about good things.
Please allow us three business days handling time. All of our products are made to order, so we have to make the item before we can ship it. Weekends and holidays are not business days. All items are shipped USPS Ground unless you paid to upgrade to Priority. Because we are in a rural location, we only ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

I previously ordered Cleavers from Kimball Botanicals and had a great experience with the product. I genuinely intended to continue doing business with them.
Unfortunately, this most recent order was a nightmare. I had questions and concerns about the product and reached out to Ginger and Isaiah for clarification. After initially responding, both went silent and my questions were never properly addressed.
At that point, I no longer felt comfortable using the product. If basic questions about the product cannot be answered, how can a customer have confidence in its potency, quality, or what they are actually receiving? Because of the lack of communication, I refused the package and returned the product to Kimball Botanicals.
Itβs unfortunate because I had previously been a satisfied customer and wanted to continue purchasing from them. The product may be good, but customer service and communication matter. If a company cannot support its customers when there is an issue, Iβm better off taking my business to a competitor.
