I have been taking this and it does seem to be working. The sad thing is I really don't know what is supposed to happen. This is my problem and doesn't have anything to do with the product. I am not feeling as bloated! 😀
So far so good . Been on them about a week now .
Can't say enough good about this product. Does not hurt or have any pain. Only take one after each meal and it seems to give better digestion.
