I've been taking this tincture within one minute of taking two Amla extract capsules from Alevia.com. This week my too-high systolic blood pressure dropped down to 126 and 122. I'm also taking three other nutraceuticals to decrease my BP; can't be sure what percentage of the improvement can be attributed to which nutraceutical.
