We only send emails once or twice a month and only about good things.
We absolutely love this product and just ordered more!
I ordered this on 9/20. It arrived on 10/13. The label was created on 9/28, then it wasnβt dropped off until 10/7. I sent an email to check status, and never reviewed a response. I understand some shipping delays, but almost a month is insane.

Never came when it was supposed to still waiting in a package that should have been here 2 weeks ago.
