This tincture is free from alcohol.
For dosage take 1-2 droppers daily. You can take it straight, or in water or your favorite juice. This is glycerin tincture, so it is a little thicker than an alcohol based one. When you fill the dropper, it takes a couple seconds to fully fill the dropper. Dosage is a suggestion. Do your research to find your optimal dosage.
